- Iremos incorporando leche poco a poco a medida que se vaya evaporando.
- El tiempo de cocción será de entre 50- 55 minutos orientativo.
- Cuando ya leche se haya consumido, pero aún esté líquida esta mezcla, echamos el azúcar, la mantequilla y una cucharada de anís.
- Removemos y ligamos 2-3 minutos.
- Seguidamente lo repartimos en los boles o vasitos donde queramos servirlo.
- En el momento de servir el arroz, espolvoreáis con azúcar toda la superficie y quemadlo bien con soplete o con un hierro caliente, como se hacía antiguamente.
