- Se sigue revolviendo nunca se deja de revolver o si no se pega, por 10 minutos más, se prueba el arroz si esta en su punto o sea blando, se retira y se pasa a una fuente de vidrio para cortar su cocción y dejar que se enfríe, ya tibio o frío se sirven en pocillos o copas y se espolvorea con canela molida
