  6. Probamos el arroz, si los granos están cocidos y la textura es la que deseamos, se retira del fuego y se deja reposar hasta que temple, retirando las ramas de canela y las cáscaras de limón
  7. Los más ansiosos lo puede consumir templado, o bien, cuando se enfríe lo llevamos a la heladera para que esté fresquito a la hora de comer
