  10. 2 sobres cuajada
  11. 250 gr azúcar (añadir más o menos según gustos)

Machacar las galletas con un mortero o similar y derretir la mantequilla en el microondas unos segundos mezclarlo en un bol echarlo en el molde de la tarta forrada con el papel vegetal haciendo una base homogénea empujando hacia abajo las galletas. Introducir en el congelador unos 10 minutos y después reservar en el frigorífico.

En una cazuela ponemos 1,450 leche(se reserva los otros 50 mililitros en un vaso), la canela en rama y la cáscara del limón hacemos 10 minutos a fuego medio, añadir el arroz y cocerlo durante 35 minutos removiendo para que no se pegue pasado el tiempo añadimos el azúcar y los dos sobres de cuajada diluidos en los 50 mililitros de leche restantes, poner a fuego medio otros 10 minutos más.
  3. Poner galletas napolitana alrededor del molde(yo esta vez no le he puesto porque no tenía, así que le he pasado un cuchillo para desmoldar) sacar de la mezcla la cáscara de limón y las ramas de canela y verter la mezcla, meter en el congelador 1 hora, sacar y meter en la nevera 1 hora más, desmoldar y decorar con canela molida por encima, conservar en la nevera.
