- La carne de pollo la ponemos a hervir por 30 min con la media cebolla, la cabeza de ajo y sal al gusto. Este caldo de pollo se va a usar para hervir los granos de pozole. Se pueden hervir con la carne.
- Ya que la carne esté cocina se le agrega la mezcla verde que preparamos al principio y se hierve un poco más. ¡Y listo, a disfrutar! Se puede acompañar con lechuga, rabanitos, cebolla picada y tostadas.
