  4. Para hacer el tamal, hay que embarrar la hoja en el centro, luego doblar un lado, enseguida el otro y al final amarramos o doblar la punta. Para amarrar lo hacemos con una tirita de la misma hoja.
  5. Los acomodamos parados en la vaporera, tapamos con hojas de aguacate y la tapadera de la vaporera. Yo los cocino una hora, apago y dejo enfriar, ya que si se sirven calientes se desbaratan.
  6. Acompañar con atole yo uso el de amaranto.
