  2. Tapamos la olla y los dejamos cocer por 40 minutos aproximadamente, ya cocidos retiramos el agua, reservamos para que se enfríen, comenzamos con el relleno, llevamos una olla al fuego esperamos que se caliente derretimos la mantequilla
  3. Freímos la cebolla hasta que cambie de color, agregamos el ajo, freímos un poco, incorporamos el jamón
  4. Cuando ya está frito agrega el jitomate, sazona con el consomé y la sal, mientras se sazona, partiremos a la mitad todos los chayotes
  5. Con ayuda de una cuchara vamos a retirarles la pulpa, reserva el chayote sin pulpa en un refractario y la pulpa la picamos e incorporamos al relleno
  6. Rellenamos los chayotes y espolvoreamos el queso, recuerda ser muy generoso con las cantidades, cuando tengas todos los chayotes listos agrega una cucharada de mantequilla, hornea a 180 grados por 20 minutos
