  4. Mientras se cuece el pozole. Hay que cocer los 3 chiles anchos ya lavados y sin semillas.se licuan y cuela.se reserva.
  5. Se pica la cebolla en finos cuadritos. Los rabanitos se lavan y se rebanan.el col se rebana.fino y se.lava y.desinfecta.los limones se cortan a la.mitad.todo esto se reserva para la hora de servir.
  6. Se tiene que.cuidar la cocción de la carne,pues es más rápida que la cabeza.si ya esta.cocida se saca de la olla para que no se desbarate mientras se termina de cocer la cabeza.cuando ya esta listo todo.se le pone la sal, el chile que se.cocio y se espolvorea orégano seco.se corrobora la sal y listo.buen provecho.se acompaña con la verdura picada y unas tostaditas.
