  3. En lo que esto se cuece, se pica finamente la lechuga, los rábanos, la cebolla.
  4. Se ponen a hervir los chiles y se licuan con ajo, cebolla, pimienta y comino. Se sazonar​ en una olla aparte.
  5. Una vez cocido el pollo se saca para desmenuzar, y se agrega el chile licuado. Que hierva bien y se sirve con la lechuga, limón, cebolla y rábano.
  6. Si quieren el chile en polvo echo en casa... Se asas los chiles (de árbol o piquín entero) se muelen en la licuadora sin agua y sin nada.
