  5. Se hacen los tamales y se ponen en una olla de aluminio con una parrilla y suficiente agua, hasta arriba, después de los tamales, se le pueden poner más hojas de plátano y se tapa la olla, se dejan hervir cómo hora y media, revisando que no les falte agua.
  6. Y a comer!! Se puede acompañar de una salsa roja con quesito doble crema del que huele a patitas!
