  3. Para la salsa En un comal ponemos a asar a que se pongan negritos 4 jitomates un diente de ajo, un chile serrano, una rodaja de cebolla y les vamos dando vueltas a que se asen por todos lados. Los ponemos en la licuadora, los molemos con poca agua y los vaciamos en una cacerola, sazonamos con una cucharadita de consomé en polvo o sal
  4. Para servirlas ponemos un espejo de salsa y una o dos tortas por encima.
