  9. En un traste se pone a calentar el otro medio kilo de manteca, debe estar muy caliente, se vierte la masa y se mueve para que no se pegue, se le agrega la grada que se había reservado y se prueba que la masa esté cocida y frita
  10. Que se enfríe y se puede usar extendida en la hoja de plátano (2 cucharadas soperas)
  11. La hoja se pone a cocer en un Comal en ambos lados para que suavice
  12. En una hoja de extiende la masa, se le pone un puño de hoja santa, 2 cucharadas de guisado y pollo desmenuzado
  13. Se ponen a hervir los tamales una hora
  14. Cuando los tamales estén listos la hoja de plátano deberá despegarse de la masa
